This lens board allows the mounting of lens shutters designated as #1 in size. The manufacturers of Compur, Copal, and Prontor brands of shutters use this scheme. The lens board then attaches to the Toyo-View field cameras, like the Toyo 45A series. There are various monorails that use these boards as well such as the Toyo-View 45CX 4x5 view camera. And if you are lucky enough to own the rare 23G 6x9 view camera, then this is the lens board that you will need as well
