I am not a Sinar guy (at all), however I recently obtained this Sinar A1 Alpina Extension Coupler with a bunch of other Sinar stuff.
I believe that this unit is completely unused or has had very minimal usage, short of me putting a fingerprint on it while taking these photographs.
The rail portion is the Alpina 6 inch rail or 15mm.
The coupler portion is 3.25 inches or 8mm.
The thumb screw turns freely.
